We work exclusively on the basis of the general German carrier conditions (ADSp) each last filed and, if they do not apply for logistic services on the basis of the logistics terms and conditions (Logistik-AGB).
Clause 23 ADSp limits the legal liability for damage to goods according to § 431 HGB for damages
- in custody of a carrier at 5 EUR / kg
- in case of multimodal transports including sea transport to 2 SDR / kg (Special Drawing Rights)
- per claim to EUR 1 million or 2 SDR / kg or per damage event to EUR 2 million or 2 SDR / kg per event, regardless of the number of claims arising from an damage event, whichever amount is greater.

1. Content of the Site
Whilst the author PL-CARGO tries to ensure that all information on the Site is accurate, no liability can be taken for the infor-
mation being up-to-date, accurate and complete. Liability claims towards the author, which refer to material or immaterial da-
mages arising from the use or non-use of the provided information and respectively from the use of incorrect information, are
excluded, provided that there is neither wilful misconduct nor gross negligence by the author. All offers are to be understood

and the copyrights of the respective registered proprietors. The author reserves the copyright for objects published and pro-

electronic or printed publications is prohibited without prior authorization of the author.

When there is the possibility for users to enter personal or business data (email addresses, names, directions) on the author's
